Estimated Delivery Times – Greetings Cards
All of our cards are sent via Royal Mails RM24 large letter service in the UK, so will arrive with your usual postal delivery.
All cards sent internationally are dispatched via Royal Mails International Standard service.
Tracked and Special Delivery options also available.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders placed on a bank holiday will also be dispatched the following working day.

Royal Mail estimate that 93% of UK post arrives the following day, however the other 7% can take up to 3 working days. Therefore, we advise ordering early, where possible, as unfortunately we can’t guarantee your card will be delivered the following day!

Royal Mail First Class Post (Mon - Fri) - Free!
Arrives within 1- 3 working days (Mon - Sat).
Order by 2pm and we'll post your card the same day.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Before 1pm (Sun-Fri) - £6.75
Guaranteed next day delivery (Mon - Sat).
Order by 2pm and we'll post your card the same day.

Non-Arrival
If your card has not arrived 3 working days after the dispatch date for UK orders, or if your card has not arrived 10 working days after the dispatch date for international orders, please contact us and we will look into this for you straight away.
We'd rather send a replacement than have you unhappy!

Returns & Refunds
If you're not happy with your order let us know and we will happily offer a replacement or refund if the items you receive are faulty or damaged.
